Description
- Banana and carrot powder have a high swelling capacity. Water in the intestine is reabsorbed, and the stool becomes firm again. Additionally, they contain bioactive substances, minerals, vitamins, and trace elements.
- Specially treated lignocellulose and yeast help bind and deactivate harmful pathogens. This improves water retention and fermentation in the large intestine.
- Carob meal contains tannins, which can bind bacterial toxins and inhibit bacterial growth.
- Natural egg immunoglobulins can attach to binding sites of viruses and bacteria in the digestive tract, supporting gut health.
- Organic acids have antimicrobial effects.
- The prebiotic components butyrate, gluconate, and fructo-oligosaccharides promote gut flora and development of intestinal villi.
- High levels of probiotics stimulate the gut flora and help displace harmful pathogens from the digestive tract.
- Vitamins E and C, along with beta-carotene, strengthen the immune system.
Application "Antilaxan®"
Stir Antilaxan into the calf milk at 50 g per feeding to prevent and treat diarrhoea.
Do not exceed 100 g of Antilaxan per day.
Continue using Antilaxan for several feedings after the diarrhoea has subsided.
This complementary feed may only be fed to calves up to 6 months of age due to its higher levels of additives compared to complete feeds.
